High avalability on Cacti

I need to know if cacti or another external app or plugin or script can manage high availability option, i mean active-passive, active-active or anycast?

Cacti is just a web application, you need to manage High Availability either through the hardware or the underlying server software.

There's no reason why you couldn't use drbd + heartbeat/pacemaker, or something similar. It might take some custom scripting for enabling/disabling the poller, but should otherwise be straight forward.
