Re: CactiWMI on Windows Based Installation
Basically, I can not find instructions for installing on Windows.
I can create folders and copy files, but i don't know how to build WMIC in windows, also in Linux must be installed the wmi client for linux,
in this link you can find a good step-by-step instructions:
https://github.com/neclimdul/cactiWMI
Claymen is the developer of CactiWMI, i will try contact or pm
i have installed cacti with iis and works just fine. anyways, to monitor windows stuff is better snmp or wmi?

SNMP, as it has FAR less overhead compared to WMI.... but again you are limited with what you can monitor out of the box. snmp-informant snmp addons are helpful in this regard though.
