LDAP Error: Group DN could not be found to compare

Hey guys, trying to get LDAP working for the IT team and getting the error in my subject line. I've searched the forums and haven't come upon the solution.

Running Cacti Version 0.8.8a on Centos 6.5

this is my LDAP configuration:

Distinguished Name (DN)			<username>@biamp.com
Require Group Membership		checked
Group Distingished Name (DN)	OU=Domain Admin Accounts,OU=BSI_IT,OU=BSI Users,DC=biamp,DC=com
Group Member Attribute			member
Group Member Type				username
Search Base						OU=BSI Users,DC=biamp,DC=com
Search Filter					(&(objectclass=user)(objectcategory=user)(sAMAccountName=<username>))

I know the OU is correct, it was copied out of a dsquery command:
C:\Users\adminaccount1>dsquery user "OU=Domain Admin Accounts,OU=BSI_IT,OU=BSI Users,DC=biamp,DC=com"
"CN=adminaccount1,OU=Domain Admin Accounts,OU=BSI_IT,OU=BSI Users,DC=biamp,DC=com"

I've tried to turn off require group membership but the same error occurs. What am I doing wrong?

I have the same problem...
And match more interesting .
With user aaaa - all ok!
With user bbbb - "Group DN could not be found to compare"

On the same realm!
