max bandwidth line

Hi,

I want to add red line( for say on 512 kbits) as given in graph to show my maximum bandwidth, can some one guide how to so that, I have made a duplicate graph template but no idea what line to add, pls help

The easiest way, would be to create an HRule on the Graph Template
