Please somebody help me with the timezone

Hello,

I am having problems with the cacti program. Actually I install everything apache2, mysql, phpmyadmin in a ubunto server version 13.04. Ok the program is working, but the hours of the graphics are wrong. I am from Costa Rica for example when i am measuring the traffic i know that the current time is 13:30 but in the graphic this value is displayed 6 hours after (18:30).
I tried changing the time zone to "America/Costa_Rica" and review more lines related with the time but i can not fix this difference of time. I tried other versions of cacti and othe version of linux but always it´s displayed the difference of time of 6 hours after.
Could someone helpme please? I speak spanish if someone do. Thanks for any help that could give me.

In which file did you set the timezone. Unfortunately, there is more than one location that you need to fix.

I have the following locations of php.ini on my Debian system.
/etc/php5/apache2/php.ini
/etc/php5/cgi/php.ini
/etc/php5/cli/php.ini
/etc/php5/fpm/php.ini
Luckily, on some versions of Debian and Ubuntu php just uses the system timezone, but that is not php's default and there are some versions of Debian and Ubuntu around that miss this specific feature.
