Problem to install NMID/smokeping on cacti

Hi,

I'm new on this topic.

I want to install NMID smokeping on Cacti, but I don't understand. I download NMIDsmokeping (V.1.12) on link:

My problem is that no appear NMID section (cacti web):

What do I do to install this plugin?
