help with Ubuntu 11.10 cacti 0.8.7g and PA 2.8

Hi,

I am new in cacti and I am trying to install pluggin architecture on my computer, I use ubuntu 11.10 and cacti 0.8.7g and I have used this patch cacti-plugin-0.8.7g-PA-v2.8.diff but when I try to apply the patch to cacti have the following errors:

Can anyone helps to me?

I guess you started with the Ubuntu package you got from the repositories, right? In Ubuntu cacti is patched, so indeed a patch form cacti.net will not work. You can use the repository mentioned in my signature (never mind the Ubuntu version, it is all php we are talking about here). But mind you, there seems to be a small not-backward compatible issue with the /etc/apache2/conf-available/cacti.conf file, so you should probably keep your old apache2 configuration for cacti.
