Graph results from a CSV file

Hello All,

I have a CSV file which has about 12 hours of data in 10 minute increments.

2014/02/24 00:00:00;N;0;0;0;0;0;
2014/02/24 00:10:00;N;5;2;0;3;6;
2014/02/24 00:20:00;N;0;0;0;0;0;
2014/02/24 00:30:00;N;0;0;0;0;0;
2014/02/24 00:40:00;N;0;0;4;0;0;

Is it possible to graph this data in cacti? Would I need a script to parse the data first?
