ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/rra/localhost_load_1min_21.

Hi,

This is the first time I've installed Cacti, I installed using yum EPEL repository and the installation finished successfully.
However, when I try to create new graphs it seems like their not created.
I enabled "Turn On Graph Debug Mode" and now I see this error message:
ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/rra/localhost_load_1min_21.
I've checked the permissions for /usr/share/cacti/rra and made sure that 'cacti' user is the owner of the folder and has permissions to it.

What else could be the reason?
