Hi very new to Cacti but I need some information about the CPU usage graph

I have 16 processors and 31GB of Ram and Cacti is reporting that I am using 62.8% CPU, whereas New Relic is reporting 5.7%.

Is the reporting in Cacti an aggregate of all the processors or a simple indication of the CPU utilisation if there was only one CPU. I have checked with Top in RHEL and the processor usage is indeed 5.7 across the 16 CPUs
