Maintain same graph

Hi All,

one question over here and hope to find the answer.

I have already installed cacti and its working perfectly for my leased line customers, this cacti is enabled to read from multiple routers and its polling the customer graph either from the interface on the router or through the customer IP address by enabling SNMP on the customer router himself.

the question is: if I;m already reading one customer interface and this customer has moved to different location and his interface will be already moved to that router which it has different naming. how do I maintain the same customer graph even if the customer got relocated many times without affecting his graph.?
