Windows 2008R2 Cacti kiwi syslog dont work

Hi all

I have installed cacti on a windows 2008R2 and kiwi 9.4.1, i have under Cacti Settings (General) Event Logging, changed Log file Destination"How will Cacti handle event logging." to Logfile and Syslog/Eventlog and it fils my Event viewer with logw, but my kiwi is empty.
I have tested my kiwi by setting a device to log direct to it with success.

I have searched in all files in cacti to where to tell the server where to put the syslog, but without any luck hope one of you can help me.
