I set up two Cacti servers recently, on different networks. One of them is displaying graphs as I expect, but the other appears to be collecting stats in my local time zone (that's what cacti.log shows) but displaying the graphs in UTC. In other words, an event that took place at 10 AM PST appears on the graph as 2 AM. I've set the system clock and php.ini to PST. Both the Linux "date" command and PHP's Date() function display the time in PST. Where is this UTC setting coming from?
I've set the time zone to "America/Los_Angeles" in the following places:
/etc/localtime
/etc/sysconfig/clock
/etc/php.ini
For the record, there are no other php.ini files, beside the "-development" and "-production" templates in /usr/share/doc.

Re: data collected in PST but graphs displayed in UTC
Never mind. I rebooted the server and the graphs began to appear at the correct time, after a gap of 8 hours (the current difference between UTC and PST).
