Notification settings for different devices

Hi

I'm trying to find a way to configure Thold in the way it could notify up/down state on SPA112 VoIP gateways (I'm doing it now using spine and ICMP ping) while ignoring desktop up/down state.

In other words, I have a lot of stuff in devices section, both SPA112 and computers. What I need is to know is are SPA112 keep working all the time, from PCs I just need info is HDD usage with info about reaching the limits (which of course is in other part of Threshold). How can I configure it like this?
