[RESOLVE] Impossible to graph bandwidth for Linux Host

Post by MartyONeill »

Hi everyone !

First of all, I'm french, so Im sorry for my english...

So I've got a new install of cacti 0.8.8b on Fedora 11. Everything works fine, I've got some graph for everything I want, expect for the bandwidth Traffic !

I manage to make some traffic graph (for the bandwidth) for windows host, which work fine, but I can't do it for Linux host ! I didn't even have a graph, Ive really got nothing... I have tried the traffic graph in graph templates, but I've got nothing...

I've got nothing on SNMP - Interface Statistics too (unlike windows host where I have a lot of stuff and that's where I manage to make traffic graph...)

Sorry if it's not clear, but it's complicated to describe everything !

thanks for your help

On the screenshots, you can see I tried to graph the 3 traffics I have (just for the test), but nothing appears...

ok so I think I reslove my pb ! I modify on each linux host the snmpd.conf file following this : http://www.artiflo.net/2009/03/snmpd-sur-centos/ and the snmp interface statistic show some Items & Rows ! So Now I'm able to graph my traffic network.... !! YEAH

Hope this can help someone ! :p

See U !
