when I start the cactus screen goes blank

hello people, install cacti on a Centos 6, follow all instructions in the manual but give Localhost / cacti / install the browser page is blank, anyone can help me, I have reviewed in detail the installation and all is well

I cannot but I have the same issue and I have followed all instructions in the manual but the browser page is blank, any suggestions?
