Poller not working after upgrade to 0.8.6b

I upgraded cacti 0.8.6a to 0.8.6b and the poller stopped working. Everything else about cacti worked after the upgrade except that the poller just hangs forever. It doesn't even put anything in the log. I tried turning up the logging to the DEBUG level. Still nothing.

This installation was working fine before the upgrade. Can anyone assist?

I fixed my own problem. Mere minutes after I posted a message asking for help!

The problem was fixed by changing the php binary from php.exe to php-win.exe.

I'm sure that I had set it to php-win when I installed cacti and it was working before so I can only assume that the upgrade changed it to php.exe.
