how to monitor multiple servers or add them in cacti

Hello guys,
pe you are doing well.

I have configured cacti on my centos server but I dont know how to add another host to monitor it.
I could see the option add host, even I added it but it is not working as I could not find any authentication way in between cacti server and my another server. Is there any extra steps on agent server which I am going to add in cacti?

Pease guide me about how to add more servers rther than only localhost in cacti.
