Problem in adding a device with thold 5.0

I have Cacti 0.8.8b with Thold 0.5
(all latest version at now)
Now when I add a device it present field
Thold Up/Down Email Notification = DISABLED
When I press CREATE BUTTON it saves and refresh this field automatically as GLOBAL LIST so is needed to re-change the field and press SAVE BUTTON.
