Need help with manage plugin,keep getting reboot alerts

Hello,

I am running cacti 8.8a(installed using windows complete installer with apache). All the graphs and everything is working. The problem is when I click on manage tab under 'uptime' everything is 0...0day,0hour,0minute. Even more than that when I have the reboot alert on under settings/manage options. I keep getting false reboot alert. I am attaching a picture. Below is what I got when I ran debug from settings/manage tab
