Sorry it took me awhile to get our WSA's hooked into Cacti. I've taken a look at your templates, and I have a "fix" to get the LEGEND working for the 'Active' item on the 'Client Connections' graph. This 'A - B' CDEF can likely be used on some of your other graphs too.
