Add 2 ports‘ Interface Statistics and 95th Percentile

I have monitered 2 ports on switch,then I want to get the sum of the 2 ports statistics ,and do "In/Out Bits with 95th Percentile" on the sum of 2 ports.In simple ,regard 2 ports as 1,then do "In/Out Bits with 95th Percentile". How can I achive it?
