THOLDs do not sent alert to email

Hi all,

i just config a new Thold but it didn't work (not sent alert to my email when high/low traffic).
please see image bellow, and help me to check it!

Just tpcdump your smtp server and see have any sending packet tru your smtp server or you can try to test mail and make sure you received that email, before i also got this problem, but when i check it, the alert sent to spam folder.
