No Macs Found For Any Device or Device Type

I have a combination of Juniper, Cisco, and NetScreen devices being polled by MacTrack. The Arp collection is working fine (I have results under the "IP Addresses" tab) but I do not get any Mac Addresses listed under the MAc Address tab and I do not get any IP Ranges under the IP Ranges tab. I am running Cacti 0.8.8b on CentOS with MacTrack 2.9-1. How can I troubleshoot what is preventing the collection of MAC addresses (and IP Ranges for that matter)?
