In Windows server, we monitor the performance of a specific counter by adding a custom Data Collector Set (in Performance Monitor tool), and then put the collected information in a SQL database (Using SQL Server 2008).
Is there any solution to draw a graph in Cacti using info in that SQL database? Much appreciated if someone has implemented it!

Re: Windows Performance monitoring with Cacti
Either collect the perfmon stats directly from cacti using a script or http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=25600
Or again with a script, harvest the data from the sql database.
Examples are in http://docs.cacti.net/
