By default most plots will draw the axis per second. In the template or the graph, you can change the CDEF function from none to "per 5 minutes" to get what you want.

The problem now is resolved, but now the graphs in real time show dates in fractions eg. I have only one call but the graph show 0.8 calls in the first shot, in the next shot show the correct date only one call.

I think, the delay between capture of cacti and the take of date de cron is the problem.
