No item to poll

I have set Cron & poller values to 5 minutes.

As a starter, rebuild the poller cache (via the system utilities menu)

I have manually added items in cactidb of poller_items. now its polling .but whenever I click on rebuild poller cache , I again getting no items to poll.

0ne more thing all are items are polled except cpu_utilization .
