PHPSVR: Poller[0] WARNING for Threshold

After I installed the Cacti0.8.8b and thold plugins, I always get the follow the alarm:

Currently I don't find any problem.

Anyone can help me to look at what problem this alarm is?

Do you have the file <cacti_path>/plugins/thold/thold_alerts.php ?
The error message you posted seems to indicate that this file is missing.

Not sure where this file comes from - I don't have it on my system and it's not a problem. You might need to download and re-install thold.

thold_alerts.php is a file provided with a graph template for graphing the number of threshold breaches. You will need to find the graph template you downloaded, and upload that file to your scripts directory.
