Nectar plugin not in utilities

Hi,

Very new here, i've tried installing nectar to cacti 0.8.8a, i have downloaded and extracted the files to /usr/share/cacti/plugins

I can see the plugin under the plugin manager and have installed, also gone to user managment and enabled plugin >> nectar reports admin and nectar reports user but i cannot see necter under utilites,

there are some settings under configuration > Misc?

found the problem, there was no authentication enabled, enabled it, logged out, logged back in and the nectar tab is there
