No graph after upgrading using EPEL Repo

I recently installed cacti using the epel repo. The directory of the old installation was changed as well as the user. I have already set all the permissions but still no graphs. I saw that there is a debug page, but I couldn't understand it. Can someone walk me through the steps to see if I am getting the raw data, and then what needs to be done to see the graphs populate?

I was able to fix this after running rebuild_poller_cache.php and giving full permissions to cactiuser for poller.php.
