Another RouterConfigs question - Bad Download of Config

Morning,

I've been trying to figure out why some of my devices are not backing up. The error I receive is:

CORT-SW1 - ERROR: Bad download of config
NERT-SW1 - ERROR: Bad download of config
NWRT-SW1 - ERROR: Bad download of config
WART-SW1 - ERROR: Bad download of config

I've not been able to find why the configs aren't being downloaded... can anyone help?
