I just did a fresh install of 0.8.8a on a CentOS 6 system.
The local host graphs work ok, but as soon as I enabled any SNMP based graphs on this same host then I get the error:
WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid
My SNMP walk works fine, and when I run the queries in verbose mode on the device they work fine and return the expeceted indexes. I've tried setting the index method to validate, instead of reverse.
This is causing the device to not graph any data. Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Re: WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid
Ok, I have some additional information... Just for giggles, I decided to uninstall/re-install cacti 8.8a... and now even the basic graphs won't populate, I just get 'nan'. When I did the re-install I destroyed the db and re-created it.
Any ideas on how to fix this? All the RRD files were generated, snmpwalk works, I installed the realtime plugin and it's working fine.. just no graphs!
The poller is being run by root, so there shouldn't be any permissions issues.
Thanks!

Re: WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid
Ok... I tried v0.8.9, for the most part it works, but for some reason I can't get interface graphs to work, they don't show up at all, the rrd file is created but I just get the "X" when it tries to show the graph.
Running the graph in debug mode shows:
RRDTool Says:
ERROR: invalid rpn expression in: a,PREDICT,LE,PREDICTSIGMA,RAD2DEG
I'm also still getting errors in the log from the poller:
07/20/2013 05:10:05 PM - CMDPHP: Poller[0] Host[2] DS[19] WARNING: Result from SNMP not valid. Partial Result: U
Unfortunately when I tried to run before with an earlier version of PHP I had all sorts of other issues, since my second version of php is being run in suPHP mode, which has it's own set of complications.
I would really like some advice on how to get Cacti up and working correctly on php 5.4.17, otherwise I may have to use some other tool.
