Cacti no graph in Windows 2000

Post by Fabian »

Hi, i've installed these programs without any problem using the installation manual in cacti's website

mysql-4.0.21-win
cacti-0.8.6
php-5.0.2-Win32
net-snmp-5.1.2-1.win32
rrdtool-1.0.35.x86distr
apache_2.0.52-win32-x86-no_ssl

I can to get access to Cacti to add device and detect snmp for this device, but when a try to see any graph, it didn't show anything, all is working but the graphic didn't appear.

in the path on cacti's console i have this
The path to your snmpwalk binary = c:\net-snmp\bin\snmpwalk.exe
The path to your snmpget binary = c:\net-snmp\bin\snmpget.exe
The path to the rrdtool binary = c:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe
The path to your PHP binary file = c:/php/php.exe
The path to your Cacti log file = C:\Apache2\Apache2\htdocs\cacti/log/cacti.log
Poller Path
The path to Cactid binary = (empty)

All were installed without any problem,'i can to configure a new device, create a graph but it doesn't show me anything.

What is wrong?

Thanks for you help

Turn on full debugging for the log file and attach it.

This the logs file, but i'm not sure if the sintaxis is using / or \ where cacti has defined the path, however is not working.

I don't know what more to do, only doesn't show the graphs.

Thanks

What I meant was in Settings-> General-> Poller Specific Logging Enable debugging. Then post your cacti.log file

You using cmd.php or cactid for polling?

You need to schedule the started task. Call it whatever. The command line is "c:\php\php-win.exe c:\<webroot>\cacti\poller.php". It must be scheduled to run every 5 minutes.

You need to post the debug output of cacti.log. There can be serveral reasons why you're not seeing any graphs.

Verify that your service ID has RWX access / Full Control of the RRA directory.
