how to set value in threshold

Hi,

I have installed cacti 0.8.8a on ubuntu 12.04.it's working fine from last 6 month.now i have stuck with setting up threshold value.cacti was monitored 100mbps,1000mbps & 10gig.i am planning to set threshold for my network.when graph is going to more than 90 mbps and less than 5 mbps for 100mbps link it should send alert for me. i am totally confusing to set threshold value.please help to solve the issue.

Is threshold still being supported?

I've seen numerous simular queries with no reply.

I'm stuck pretty much the same place. I'd like to do percent of bandwidth also.
