Guys,
Tried searching google/forums for quite a while, found a couple of things to try but nothing specific that helped to correct the problem.
Running Ubuntu Server (12.10), have installed cacti-spine version 0.8.8a-1: all is up and working fine.
Installed tftpd service as noted in routerconfigs readme, confirmed it is working.
Installed and enabled routerconfigs v0.3 and imported routerconfigs.sql as per the readme. Also granted my user rights to see the plugin under user management.
Issue is when I try to access the Router Configs link under the Utilities section in Cacti. It tries to direct me to the http://serverip/cacti/plugins/routercon ... evices.php page and I get either a blank page (firefox) or a "cannot display page" (IE) message. I've confirmed that the permissions on these files/directories are correct.

*EDIT*
*****
Actually, I just installed the autom8 and discovery plugins and found that I have the same issue when I try to click on their respective links to their pages, so maybe it is something with my plugins directory? I'll see what I can find and post back.
Any advice is greatly appreciated, but you might want to treat me as a noob *nix user...I only dabble.
Regards
Carl

Re: routerconfigs: installed, can't display router-devices.p
We will certainly need more info before any one can begin to help troubleshoot.
What directory is cacti installed in?
What directory are your plugins installed in?
What user is your webserver running as?
Permissions on the cacti and plugin directory?
SELinux is disabled?

Sorry I didn't include the info before; thanks in advance.

What directory is cacti installed in? /var/lib/cacti I believe
What directory are your plugins installed in? /usr/share/cacti/site/plugins which links to /usr/local/share/cacti/plugins/
What user is your webserver running as? root (I know it should probably be a different user)
Permissions on the cacti and plugin directory? both directories appear to be 777 root:root...don't think I set that, not sure why it's like that
SELinux is disabled? Yes
Re: routerconfigs: installed, can't display router-devices.p
If cacti is in
/var/lib/cacti
Try moving the plugins to (just create the directory there, not a symlink)
/var/lib/cacti/plugins
I really hate when distros decide software should work differently then it was designed.

Re: routerconfigs: installed, can't display router-devices.p
Thanks, cigamit. I will give that I try. I may be wrong on the directory; /var/lib/cacti is where the rra folder is. /usr/local/share/cacti/ contains the plugins, resource, and scripts sub-directories; also, /usr/share/cacti contains the cli, resource, and site sub-directories.
Edit:
I tried copying the directory over and restarting apache, but to no avail

Has there been any resolution to this issue?
