Upgrade to 8.6.0

Post by Boots1 »

After I upgraded from 8.5.0 to 8.6.0 I am now starting to see errors when I am adding devices to newly imported templates.

Adding a new device via a host template resulted in;

Notice: Undefined index: oid_index in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 145

Notice: Undefined index: oid_index in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 147

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\lib\data_query.php on line 465

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\lib\data_query.php:145) in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\host.php on line 121

And then the session times out. When I log back into the site, the device has been added twice. When I click on the new host and then create graphs I get this error message under graph templates;

Warning: reset(): Passed variable is not an array or object in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\graphs_new.php on line 512

Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in C:\Apache\Apache2\htdocs\cacti\graphs_new.php on line 513

Any ideas?

We have had issues with 0.8.6. There is a much more stable pre-release of 0.8.6a located at http://www.cacti.net/downloads/beta It should be released in it's current form by the end of the week.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
