Linux CPU utilization graphs with per-core stats

Hello everyone.
I am looking for some CPU usage graphs (might based on this http://forums.cacti.net/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=41324).

In fact, it should be also similar to Cacti's native "Get Processor Information".

What I actually want, it the "Get Processor Information" functionality - being able to add a number of CPUs the system has AND being able to graph user/system/nice/idle values per each core.

Does anyone have something similar?

Are the OIDs known for each core's user/system/nice/idle values.

Any help appreciated. Thanks!
