How can I create a Consolidation Function

I think the "average consolidation function" is the average of the last two data sources.
Is it possible to create a average consolidation function of the last for example 12 data sources?
I do not find how to create a consolidation function ( even though I have tried to read ( and to understood the manual : )

Please can someone give me a good hint?
