Autom8 adding Graph by host SNMP Information

I use ONE Juniper template for many jun device MX, EX, SRX and so one.

How to i may create different type graph for different device which differ from each other by SNMP Information ?

like this:
System:Juniper Networks, Inc. mx80 internet router, kernel JUNOS 11.4R7.5 #0:ls/JUNIPER-PPC/kernel

or this
