Status Down Windows Server 2008 r2 host

I've configured the host Windows Server 2008r2 in Cacti, I've configured the SNMP service in the host, but I'm still getting the status down and I'm not able to get the graphs shown up as well.

data sources = 0 means you haven't told cacti to poll localhost. Follow http://docs.cacti.net/wiki:documentation to get started.
