How to install Flowview plugin on Ubuntu?

I need install the Flowview Cacti plugin, but i found not a tutorial for this instalation and i can not install on Ubuntu.
Can you send a tutorial link ?
Because i found not a link in websearch.

No such thing as installation documentation for that plugin. Just the README which honestly is not helpful at all. I'm going to put an installation explanation later on this week and will publish it here.

The only thing I found that was helpful to me, was in Russian and could be found here

They guy is using FreeBSD so don't follow everything. Ask if you have any questions.
