how can I debug script input methods?

Post by hansyin »

Hi,

I'm new to here. thanks for your help.

I created a script and setup a input method to use that script. Finally I cannot see the graph. looks like cacti did not get data from the script. but I don't know how to debug it.

Is there a way I can see cacti invoke the script and get the output? the log file poller-error.log shows nothing. cacti.log shows something related to mysql, I cannot find anything related to the script running. anybody could help?

Thanks.
