Thold Triggered Alert Emails to Text Messages not Working...

I am using CactiEZ 0.7 which includes Thold 0.5.

I have a small issue. Searched to no avail. Actually I'm surprised this wasn't already a topic.

I have some thresholds trigger alerts that I want to be sent to normal email addresses that includes all details, and I want the same alerts sent to phones via email to text. For example to do this with Verizon you use ten_digit_phone_number@vtext.com. This usually works great. It works fine with thold up/down notification messaging but I can't get it to work in html for thold threshold triggers. If I check the box that says "Send Alerts as Text" it works. But I know I can receive html messages via Verizon email to text (It removes images and html formatting). Funny thing is when I receive the email on my computer I can forward that same message to my phone Verizon vtext.com email in html and I get it fine...?

I don't want to use "Send Alerts as Text" because it removes details and images for emails to my PC. I have tried changing the Threshold Alert and Warning Messages each to simply "test". That didn't help as I received the email on my computer but no text on my phone.

Is there an easy mod that would allow me to send thold trigger emails html to some email addresses and text formatting to others?

Or a mod that says normally send html, but if the email includes @vtext.com then send text.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, we've been researching and found a a little more.

I was mistaken, Verizon does not accept html emails to @vtext.com. The reason it works when forwarded from Outlook, is it reformats the email to a multipart email that includes text/html and text/plain content types. So when Verizon receives it, it simply ignores the text/html content type.

So, I guess the problem is Thold without the global "Send Alerts as Text" box checked, sends emails as html only.

With that said, how can I change the email thold sends to a multipart which includes the text/plain format as well?

What would be nice is if the "Send Alerts as Test" box was in the threshold templates as well.

Any other suggestions how I can make this work? Thanks.
