Graphs are not showing

hi,

can someone pls help me, this Cacti is new for me and iam facing an issue with graphs related to one of my circuit configured on this box.
here on the devices page, i can see my device is UP and 99.39% availability, but when i check the current utilization on the graphs, it is showing nothing.. no graphs are displayed here.

when i check for other device added, those are been displayed with correct graphs. i can see that my device will pingable to Cacti server and been added with correct RO snmp community value, but not sure why graphs are not displaying.

so can some one pls help on this issue.
