New Plugin: Item Sorter for Cacti 0.8.8a

This plugin allows you to specify the line number when sorting items and shows DataSource ID in Graph Template Items table.

-On the edit graph_template page added field in which you need to enter sequence row number. Type into this field a sequence line number and press Enter.
-In the column "Date sourse" shows DataSource ID in order to distinguish between elements with the same names

Prerequisites:
1) Cacti 0.8.8a.
2) The file /lib/html.php should be default

Installation:
1) Patch /lib/html.php file:

patch <PATH_TO_CACTI>/lib/html.php -p3 < itemsorter.patch
2) Install and enable plugin in Plugin Management

Uninstallation:
1) Disable and uninstall plugin in Plugin Management
2) Patch /lib/html.php file to resotore it to default:

patch <PATH_TO_CACTI>/lib/html.php -p3 -R < itemsorter.patch
