Pluging Monitor

Hello, I have installed the plugin Monitor in my Cacti, but does not exit the Monitor tab. I have properly configured the plugin manager, and I have the plugin activated.
When configuring user manager, the user has put the check view monitor, but not because it leaves the tab. Any idea?
