scale on graph bug

I am hitting this bug on my new 0.8.8a install trying to setup my system.

Is there any way I can change out some files from 0.8.9 or get a patch to fix it in 0.8.8a?

Any idea on when .9 will be released??

This fix is available for 089. There's no release date yet. And the fix hits different files, lib/rrd.php being the most complex one. I'm currently not able to procude a fix for only this issue which works against 088a.
