[solved] Windows 2008 Server

Hi Guys how can i Monitor the Memory Util, CUP Usage and Disk Drive of my Windows 2008 server?
Any clues and Suggestion on how i am going to graph this things correctly?

Have you searched? this is a very common question.

Start by installing the snmp agent.

i have discovered it, but it seems that my memory graphing has a problem.
My memory graphing shows only the blue on which is not used, but have checked it that my memory has a usage.
please check the pictures for better understanding.

increase the snmp timeout for that device to 3 - 5 seconds. this is a known problem with the windows snmp agent.
