Snmp error creating devices

Hi all.

Can someone give me a hint what I might be doing wrong.
I'we intalled cacti 0.8.8a on centos6.3, and all seems to be install correct.
When I add a device I get an snmp error. I can't get the interface list of any routers.
I can see on the graph that it is collecting Cpu parameters.
If I make a command line snmp call with the OID I get a responce frao the routers.
But when I do it via the web interface I never se any tafick on the interface, and the cacti log presents an timeout.
I don't think the request ever gets out of the box.
CMDPHP: Poller[0] WARNING: SNMP Get Timeout for Host:'aasnxc2', and OID:'.1.3.6.1.2.1.1.1.0'.
Does anyone know what error I might need to be looking for.
