Looking for some info on monitoring osx severs

I did some searching around on the forums and on google. I had a hard time finding any answers. But I am trying to monitor my OSX servers running 10.7.x lion.

I have the basic snmp devices monitored, interfaces, processor cores, and hard drive space.
I would like to get more data. Like fan speed, CPU heat, maybe memory usage. Are there any templates for osx server floating around?
